How I got here

• 2005 to 2010: Helpdesk Support and Systems Administration.
• 2010 to 2016: System Center Consulting. Several Microsoft partners and my own company. Microsoft MVP for Configuration Manager. Blogger, public/conference speaker, author. Most of the archive on this site comes from this stretch.
• 2016 to 2018: Program Manager Switch to working on ServiceNow
• 2018 to 2021: Solutions Consultant at ServiceNow.
• 2021 to today: Solutions Consulting/Architecture at various ServiceNow partners.
• 2025 to today: Working with AI and expanding rapidly in depth and use-cases.
